This is straight from the Taste of Cy-Fair site and I thought it would be good to share!!

Our community has a unique sense of unity, therefore we would like to bring everyone together and celebrate with this amazing city and all the best it has to offer uniting as one! A Taste of Cy-Fair is gearing up for our first fundraiser of the year benefiting the Layla Grace Children's Cancer Research Foundation. Our goal of this event is to showcase the many restaurants and businesses in the Cy-Fair area, and most importantly to raise awareness and funds for researching new treatments of Neuroblastoma, the disease that has less than 30% survival rate, and took our sweet Layla in March of this year. Don’t miss the chance to join us in Cy-Fair, TX to taste amazing samples of food, to enjoy a live band, have the chance to participate in an auction, and to see what over more than 40 local vendors and businesses have to offer you. Get the opportunity to meet up one-on-one with some of the most outstanding Restaurants and Businesses as they showcase their phenomenal attributes with Cy-Fair and now to you! All proceeds raised will benefit the Layla Grace Children’s Cancer Foundation.

Custom Tutus and Mini Top Hats!

It's been a few since I've been on here but I've been planning my daughters 1st birthday and that has taken up so much time!!! I have two Tutus that she wore for her birthday and am so proud of how well they turned out! I started them awhile ago and just kept adding as time went on. I guess I was never fully satified with the outcome! But I am now!! If you are looking for a beautful and unique Tutu, such as one like these please let me know! I can do just about anything you want to it!

I saw all these cute mini Top Hats for adults but wanted one for my little angel and decided that I could make one! I LOVE the way it came out!!! If you would like a custom one, I can put them on these scrunchie headbands or a hard plastic band! Let me know! No two will ever be alike!

LaLa's 1st Birthday Dinner

Well, after my brief stay in the hospital, (some kind of infection in the tummy), I had no time to finish LaLa's birthday party and had to move it a couple of weeks ahead. We decided to take her out to dinner to the Spagetti Warehouse. Here is Little LaLa and Daddy!

She is so photogenic!! Don't you just LOVE her bow!? Of course I made it!

Daddy and LaLa again smiling for the camera

Here's Mr. Tristan and Mr. Avery chowing down on the food!

And of course LaLa loved her cheese ravioli! What doesn't this girl eat!!!

We had to have them sing Happy Birthday for the princess and she just loved it! Can't you tell? LOL!

Daddy, LaLa, and Momma!

Bye, Bye Spagetti Warehouse! What a night!

Baby Shower Diaper Cake By...LaLa Petites!!

Well, I no longer have a camera!! Ugh!! It decided to poop out on me and has joined all my others in camera heaven! LOL. I was lucky enough though to get pictures taken of one of my very first Diaper Cakes. I had two baby showers to attend one weekend and had no idea what to give. Well, I kept seeing all these diaper cakes everywhere and though, "I can do that!" So, I was technically doing two at the same time, and with that being said, I call them BOTH my first. I only have picutes of this one so for though. This one was for my friend Amy who is having baby Jayden really, really soon. Isn't this so lovely!!

Such a sham that it has to be taken all apart to be used! I used tissue to wrap each level and then the ruffle around the edge of each layer is ribbon bunched up. I added Amy's baby shower invitation to it because it was WAY too cute not to and the colors matched.

My favorite part of my Diaper Cakes are the custom letter on the side. I used scrap booking paper and mod podged it on and Voila! Aren't they just the cutest couple ever!!?? CONGRATULATIONS on your bundle of joy to come!

More Beanies Before The Cold Is Gone!

So I had to put up the rest of the beanie caps I have made on my LaLa Petites Etsy store. Still have a couple to put up but almost there. I figured I wasn't TOO late since my Etsy store is all over and that it IS still cold in some parts of the world! LOL! I've been seeing these Fabric Flowers everywhere and decided to give it a try by putting them on a few beanies. I think it turned out rather cute!!

I also wanted to liven up the girls Guitar Beanie, so I added a few rhinestones to it! Yeah!

Of course, the girls need a cute and not "plain" skull and crossbones beanie too!!

Remember! All is available in my Etsy shop!! Enjoy!
